Day1: Delhi to Haridwar (220 km, 7 to 8 hours)
Departure from Delhi Cantt Railway Station at 6:30 AM. Arrival in Haridwar by bus and check-in at the hotel upon arrival. In the evening, witness the Ganga Aarti and darshan at Har-Ki-Pauri Ghat. Night stay in Haridwar (D).

Day 2: Haridwar to Barkot(200 km, 8 to 9 hours)
Departure from Haridwar to Sayanachatti in the morning. Arrival in Sayanachatti and check-in at the hotel. Night stay in Sayanachatti (B L D).

Day 3: Barkot to Janaki Chatti (30 km, approximately 2 hour)
Early morning departure from Sayanachatti to Janaki Chatti by bus and then by doli (on own). Arrival in Yamunotri (approximately 6 km) and darshan of Yamuna. Return to Sayanachatti in the evening. Night stay in Sayanachatti (B L D).

Day 4: Barkot to Uttarkashi (110 km, 5 to 6 hours)
Morning departure from Sayanachatti by bus to Uttarkashi. Arrival in Uttarkashi and check-in at the hotel. Visit kashi vishvanath mahadev. Night stay in Uttarkashi (B L D).

Day 5:Uttarkashi to Gangotri (100 km, 4 to 5 hours)
Early morning departure from Uttarkashi to Gangotri. Take a dip in the hot water tank on the way and arrive at Gangotri. Darshan of Ganga Ji and perform seva-puja. Return to Uttarkashi in the evening. Night stay in Uttarkashi (B L D).

Day 6: Uttarkashi to Phatta (224 km, 10 to 11 hours)
Early morning departure from Uttarkashi to Sitapur. Enroute, visit the confluence of Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers at Rudraprayag. Arrival in Sitapur and check-in at the hotel. Optional leisure time in the evening. Night stay in Phatta (B L D).

Day 7:Phatta to Kedarnath Day Trip  (30 km) 
Early morning departure from Phatta  (7 km) and then by doli/helicopter (5 km one way) to Kedarnath. Arrival at Kedarnath, check-in at the hotel, and darshan of Lord Kedarnath. Night stay in Phatta (B L D).  ( Kedarnath night stay in doornentry 6/8/10 bed Shering )

Day 8: Phatta to Pipalkoty (219 km, 10 to 11 hours)
Letnight Coming After Rest 11 am. Lunch After Procced to Pipalkoty and check-in at the hotel. Optional leisure time in the evening. Night stay in Pipalkoty (B L D)

Day 9: Badrinath Day Trip (75 km, 5 to 6 hours)
In the morning, take a bath in the hot water tank in Badrinath, have darshan of Lord Badrinath, and perform seva-puja. Mana Sightssen   After that,proceed to Pipalkoti. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel. Night stay in Pipalkoti (B D).

Day 10: Pipalkoti to Haridwar (245 km, 9 to 10 hours)
In the morning, depart from Pipalkoti to Haridwar. Enroute, visit the local attractions like Devprayag and Rishikesh. Arrival in Haridwar and check-in at the hotel. Optional leisure time in the evening. Night stay in Haridwar (B L D)

Day 11: Departure from Haridwar
In the morning, depart from Haridwar to Delhi for the return journey. Drop-off at Haridwar Railway Station or New Delhi Railway Station will be arranged by Navbharat Tourism. The journey concludes (B).

During the Char Dham Yatra, overnight stay will be in general category non-star hotels.
Departure for Haridwar will be at 7:30 am from Delhi Cantt.
Non-A.C. rooms will be provided at all places.
Morning tea-coffee-breakfast, lunch and dinner arrangements will be by Over Cook Staff 
Room sharing will be between two and three persons.
There will be no night travel during the tour. 
Two bottles of one litre of mineral water per passenger will be provided daily.
Non-A.C. vehicles will be provided as per the group size.
Pickup will be arranged from Delhi Cantt Railway Station and drop will be at New Delhi Railway Station.
There will be 11 nights / 12 days stay in hotels during the tour.
Room arrangements will be as per hotel check-in and check-out time.
Booking of helicopter tickets for Kedarnath is done online. So passengers themselves are requested to book helicopter tickets online.
Organizations like Pawan Hans, Himalayan Heli, Heritage Aviation, UT Air, Arrow Aircraft, GMVN Ltd provide helicopter facilities to go to Kedarnath.
Passengers who have booked helicopter tickets must mandatorily carry a doctor’s fitness certificate. 
We are scheduled to go to Kedarnath on the seventh day and return the same day afternoon. So booking of to and from helicopter tickets for the seventh day morning and afternoon will have to be done online.
Passengers who have booked helicopter tickets will have to travel to and from the helipad and hotel at their own expense.
Helicopter flying depends on weather conditions, so timings keep changing frequently. There are chances of weather deterioration in the evenings in the hills. No refreshment facilities are available at the helipad.
In case of unavoidable circumstances like a change in helicopter flying time or cancellation of flying, passengers who have booked tickets will have to take alternate options to travel to Kedarnath. Passengers who do not return in time will have to reach the next destination of the tour at their own expense.
Horses are an excellent option to go from Gaurikund to Kedarnath, taking about 7 hours.

Payment Policy and Cancellation:

1. Advance Tour Cost: 15% of Tour Package Cost Additional costs for Rail and Air Tickets are to be paid separately.
2. The remaining balance amount is to be paid before 20 days of the tour departure.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
2. Cancellation charges per ticket:
3. If canceled on or before 60 days of tour departure: Rs. 5,000/- will be charged.
4. If canceled before 30 days of tour departure: Rs. 10,000/- will be charged.
5. If canceled before 20 days of tour departure: 75% of the total amount will be charged.
6. If canceled within 10 days of departure: No refund will be given under any circumstances.

Refund Process:

1. Refunds will be paid via Cheque / NEFT / RTGS only.

Tour Cancellation:

1. If the tour is canceled or cannot be operated due to circumstances such as Natural Calamity or Sudden Epidemic Breakout, the amount will not be refunded.
2. A Credit Note will be issued for the same amount with a validity of 1 year.
