Day 1- After Arrival at Srinagar
After arrival at Srinagar hotel enjoy Shikara ride in the evening (on your own).We provide hotels in Srinagar in a deluxe tour. But if a tourist wants to stay in a houseboat, then it has to be informed before booking and some price difference has to be paid.If staying in a houseboat, one has to come to our designated place for meals at own expense and by auto. Or the money for dinner and breakfast in the houseboat has to be paid there. If the traveler reaches Srinagar within the time limit, a complimentary lunch will be provided by the company

Day 2-Srinagar to Gulmarg.
Travel from Srinagar to Gulmarg. (Approx. 55 km / 2 hours) Gondola ride (rope-way) at own expense in Gulmarg and return enjoying Khilanmarg. (The online ticket for Gulmarg Ropeway should be booked by the booking staff of our office 1 month before the date of the ropeway through this www.jammu and kashmir cable car.com website at his/her own expense for the time slot after 11 pm.) Due to Gondola line in Gulmarg and taking more time for tourists to travel, tourists cannot arrive on time for lunch, so we do not provide lunch in Gulmarg. Booking of ropeway tickets in Gulmarg will be solely the responsibility of the traveler, booking of the ropeway will not be canceled or refunded for any reason. Special Note : Many times the road from Tangmarg to Gulmarg is closed due to snowfall and one has to travel at own expense by chained vehicle provided by the local union there.The approximate cost per vehicle is Rs. 2500 to Rs. 3500. Day 3- Srinagar to Sonmarg
Departure from Srinagar to Sonmarg after 8.30 am. (Approximately 80 km/3 hours) After arrival at the hotel, visit Thazivas Glacier after lunch. (by horse) Due to frequent heavy snowfall and extreme cold in Sonamarg, tours from November 15 to March 31 will be provided with stay in Sonamarg only if possible. The road from Gandharbal to Sonmarg is often closed due to snowfall and one has to travel at one's own expense by a chained vehicle provided by the local union there.The approximate cost per vehicle is Rs. 2500 to Rs. 3500 is happening. Day 4- Sonmarg to Srinagar
Check-out from the hotel at 9 am and do the rest of the sights of Sonamarg (on your own). After lunch at 12 noon, leave for Srinagar from Sonamarg. (Approx. 80 km/ 3 hrs) En route to Srinagar visit Shalimar, Nishat and Chashme Shahi Gardens, Melas Breackfast Lunch And Dinner.
Day 5- Srinagar to Pahalgam
Travel from Srinagar to Pahalgam (Approx. 90 kms/ 3 hours) Arrival / Rest at Pahalgam. (We try to keep hotels in Pahalgam close to major city centers, so hotels in Pahalgam are a bit average compared to Srinagar, but if a traveler wants to upgrade the hotel it will be done at extra charge.) Tourist friends, on the way from Srinagar to Pahalgam, Pampore area has saffron fields and a cricket boat factory, so don't waste too much time shopping so that you don't get late for lunch (Pahalgam). After arrival at Pahalgam visit Bisharan by horse at your own expense and Aru Valley at your own expense by taxi union taxi. (River rafting should not be done as it is dangerous.) Day 6-Pahalgam Local Sightseeing
From Pahalgam, return via local union taxi and enjoy a visit to sites like Betab Valley and Chandanwari at your own expense.

Charges for pony/horse rides, boat rides, safaris, rafting, skiing/skating, cable car/ropeway rides, etc.
Extra food or beverages ordered or taken in the hotel restaurant or room, except for buffet meal plans.
Entrance fees at any monument and guide charges, where applicable.
Additional sightseeing tours and excursions (major sightseeing will be covered once during the itinerary).
Vehicle usage beyond parking points and last possible points, subject to road and government conditions.
Any services not specifically mentioned in the "Package Cost Includes" section.

It is recommended to book the vehicle according to the number of passengers, including children, to ensure a comfortable journey throughout the itinerary.
Payment Policy and Cancellation:
- Advance Tour Cost: 15% of Tour Package Cost Additional costs for Rail and Air Tickets are to be paid separately.
- The remaining balance amount is to be paid before 20 days of the tour departure.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
- Cancellation charges per ticket:
- If canceled on or before 60 days of tour departure: Rs. 5,000/- will be charged.
- If canceled before 30 days of tour departure: Rs. 10,000/- will be charged.
- If canceled before 20 days of tour departure: 75% of the total amount will be charged.
- If canceled within 10 days of departure: No refund will be given under any circumstances.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be paid via Cheque / NEFT / RTGS only.
Tour Cancellation:
- If the tour is canceled or cannot be operated due to circumstances such as Natural Calamity or Sudden Epidemic Breakout, the amount will not be refunded.
- A Credit Note will be issued for the same amount with a validity of 1 year.
