Trip Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar
Arrive in Srinagar by air as per travel convenience. After arrival, enjoy leisure time at your own pace. Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 2: Srinagar to Gulmarg
After tea and breakfast, depart from Srinagar to Gulmarg at 8 AM. In Gulmarg, enjoy activities like horse riding, gondola ride, skiing, and other sightseeing (at personal expense). Return to the hotel in Srinagar. Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 3: Srinagar to Sonamarg
After tea and breakfast, depart from Srinagar to Sonamarg at 8 AM. In Sonamarg, enjoy activities like horse riding and visiting Zero Point (at personal expense). Return to the hotel. Overnight stay in Sonamarg.
Day 4: Srinagar Sightseeing
After tea and breakfast, depart for Srinagar. After lunch, visit the famous Nishat Garden, Shalimar Garden, Chashmeshahi Garden, Mughal Garden, Tulip Garden, and Shankaracharya Temple (sightseeing at personal expense). Return to the hotel. Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 5: Srinagar to Pahalgam
After tea and breakfast at 7:30 AM, enjoy a Shikara ride on Dal Lake. Return to the hotel, and after lunch, depart for Pahalgam. Check in at the hotel. Overnight stay in Pahalgam.
Day 6: Local Sightseeing in Pahalgam
After tea and breakfast, explore local sightseeing by car or horse (at personal expense). Overnight stay in Pahalgam.
Day 7: Departure from Srinagar
Early morning, after tea and breakfast, depart for Srinagar Airport for your flight.
Inclusions
- Accommodation:
- A/C rooms with deluxe accommodations (non-star hotels).
- Check-in/out as per hotel policies.
- Room Occupancy: Twin, triple, or quad (with bed or mattress, subject to availability and advance booking).
- Transportation:
- Pickup and Drop-off: SIC/Group transportation.
- During Tour: Non-A/C vehicles throughout the hill regions, as per the tour itinerary.
- Meals:
- Cuisines: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served daily. Choices include Gujarati, Punjabi, South Indian, and Kathiyawadi, prepared by our Maharaj.
- Water: 500ml bottled water provided three times daily.
Exclusions
- Train and flight tickets.
- Any entry tickets.
- Helicopter tickets.
- VIP darshan and entry fees (if any).
- Laundry and tips.
- Pony and dolly charges.
Payment Policy and Cancellation:
- Advance Tour Cost: 15% of Tour Package Cost Additional costs for Rail and Air Tickets are to be paid separately.
- The remaining balance amount is to be paid before 20 days of the tour departure.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
- Cancellation charges per ticket:
- If canceled on or before 60 days of tour departure: Rs. 5,000/- will be charged.
- If canceled before 30 days of tour departure: Rs. 10,000/- will be charged.
- If canceled before 20 days of tour departure: 75% of the total amount will be charged.
- If canceled within 10 days of departure: No refund will be given under any circumstances.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be paid via Cheque / NEFT / RTGS only.
Tour Cancellation:
- If the tour is canceled or cannot be operated due to circumstances such as Natural Calamity or Sudden Epidemic Breakout, the amount will not be refunded.
- A Credit Note will be issued for the same amount with a validity of 1 year.

Payment Policy
- Full payment for train and flight tickets is required at the time of booking confirmation.
- 25% of the total booking amount is required for reconfirmation.
- 50% of the total booking amount must be paid 30 days prior to departure.
- The remaining balance must be paid 15 days before departure.
Cancellation Policy
- 100-70 Days Before Departure: No charge.
- 69-60 Days Before Departure: INR 5,000 per person.
- 59-30 Days Before Departure: INR 10,000 per person.
- 29-15 Days Before Departure: 75% of the total booking amount.
- Within 14 Days of Departure: 100% of the total booking amount.
All cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will be processed via Cheque, NEFT, or RTGS only.
