Day 1 – Delhi – Manali (550 Kms / 10 – 11 Hrs)
Morning drive from Chandigarh to Manali, on arrival check-in at hotel. En-route Visit Beas River ,Vaishno Devi temple, water fall dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2 – Manali Arrival – Local Sightseeing (3-4 hrs)
After breakfast. Enjoy the city tour visiting to some of the prominent spots and attractions including Hadimba Devi Temple also called Dhungri Temple, Manu Temple, Tibetan Monastery and Vashisth Village. After enjoying exciting tour of Manali city return back by afternoon and enjoy at your free will (reserved Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Manali.

Day 3 – Manali – Solang valley or Rohtang Pass
After breakfast excursion to Solang Valley and back to Hotel O/N Hotel.

Excursion to Rohtang Pass till snow point (Excursion to Rohtang Pass (Guest Own on direct payment & Subject to Permit). Day 4 – Manali – Kullu -Kasol – Manikaran (79 Kms/ 3 Hrs)
Today morning after breakfast drive to Kullu, visit world famous Pashmina Shawl Factory – Adventure activities Or explore the local Market. Later proceed to Manikaran Sahib in Kasol is a pilgrimage center for both Hindus and Sikhs and the hot spring inside the Manikaran Sahib Gurudwara is considered auspicious. This is the place where Guru Nanak performed several miracles. Drive hotel – Dinner and Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Kasol.

Day 5 – Manali – Delhi (550 Kms / 10 – 11 Hrs)
Morning enjoy the breakfast check out from the hotel proceed Delhi. Time transfer to the railway station/Airport

DAY 1- Delhi To Kasol
Depart from respective location to Manali over night journey. Meals Breackfast And Dinner.

DAY 2- Kasol 
Arrival at Kasol camps visit - & Self exploration Kasol and manikaran gurudwara visit -Mall road kasol, Manikaran gurudwara, 6pm
 Overnight Stay At Tent. Meals Breackfast And Dinner .

DAY 3 - Kasol To Manali
Manali local sightseeing visit -Hadimba temple, Mall road, Old Manali Cafe. Meals Breackfast And Dinner.

DAY 4 - Manali
Solang valley -Atal - Rohtang pass- Snow activities (self paid) Meals Breackfast And Dinner.

DAY 5 - Manali To Delhi 
Brekfast After Check Out After Pruches After Noon Start For Delhi Meals Breackfast And Dinner.

DAY 6- Delhi Drop Tour End 

Accommodation, food, and transportation for a tour or travel package. Here's a summary of the key points:

Accommodation:

  • Twin sharing accommodation will be provided, and an extra cot/mattress will be added for triple sharing.
  • Single travelers who want a separate room will need to pay 80% of the cost of two full tickets.
  • For three full tickets, a double bed room with an extra mattress on the floor will be provided.
  • Children without a bed will not be provided with an extra cot/mattress, and separate seats will be given to them.
  • Rooms will be assigned according to the hotel's check-out time.
  • If there are inadequate rooms available, tourists must accept the provided facilities, and no refund will be given.
  • During the Chardham tour, AC accommodation will be provided in specific locations only.
  • In case geysers are not available, hot water will be provided in buckets.
  • Accommodation in Kedarnath will be on a shared basis in guesthouses.
  • Room facilities may vary, and some hotels may not have a lift.

 

Food:

  • Veg meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, will be provided.
  • Tea/coffee will be served with meals.
  • On the way, lunch/dinner will be arranged at roadside restaurants/dhabas with a prefixed menu.
  • If the group size is below 17, no lunch will be provided.
  • Food without onion and garlic can be arranged with prior intimation.

 

Transportation:

  • Vehicles will be allocated based on the number of passengers.
  • Vehicle arrangements will only be made once for sightseeing; no further arrangements will be made if there are closures or road shutdowns.
  • If a vehicle cannot reach a destination, tourists must make their own arrangements at their own expense.
  • Traveling by personal vehicle will incur an additional 20% of the tour cost.
  • In case the AC is not working in the vehicle, a refund of Rs. 100/- per person per day will be provided.
  • AC and music instruments will be switched off during hill journeys.
  • Tourists must arrange their own transportation to the pickup and ending points of the tour.
  • It's important to note that the provided text is specific to a particular tour package, and the policies and arrangements may vary for different tour operators or packages.

Payment Policy and Cancellation:

  1. Advance Tour Cost: 15% of Tour Package Cost Additional costs for Rail and Air Tickets are to be paid separately.
  2. The remaining balance amount is to be paid before 20 days of the tour departure.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
  2. Cancellation charges per ticket:
  3. If canceled on or before 60 days of tour departure: Rs. 5,000/- will be charged.
  4. If canceled before 30 days of tour departure: Rs. 10,000/- will be charged.
  5. If canceled before 20 days of tour departure: 75% of the total amount will be charged.
  6. If canceled within 10 days of departure: No refund will be given under any circumstances.

Refund Process:

  1. Refunds will be paid via Cheque / NEFT / RTGS only.

Tour Cancellation:

  1. If the tour is canceled or cannot be operated due to circumstances such as Natural Calamity or Sudden Epidemic Breakout, the amount will not be refunded.
  2. A Credit Note will be issued for the same amount with a validity of 1 year.
